Problem: WSOD ( white screen of dead )

1. Bila kita nak reboot phone dia keluar screen putih je..........
2. Bila kita reboot phone dia akan keluar screen putih dan nokia je...... tak leh start - up.

untuk selesaikan masalah nie kita cuma ada 1 pilihan je........

1. Hantar kan nokia center/kedai hp suruh dia reflash phone.

prob nie biasanya kena kat n-gage qd,N 3660 & N 3650 S60 V1 yang mana phone tak leh nak start-up kalau nak format kenakan hot key nie green/talk + â??3â?? + â??*â?? memang tak boleh hot key nie hanya untuk nokia yang latest ver je... N6600 keatas.........

kau boleh buat kat rumah tapi ku perlukan beberapa equipment kau nak beli mt box,graffin box tu semuanya mahal tapi still masih ada solution untuk reflash phone tu gunakan software phoenix black box tapi keja dia memang panjang aku pun tengah mengkaji benda.... apa yang perlu kena ada cable untuk qd tu.

nasihat aku lebih baik kau pegi kat nokia centre suruh diorang reflash balik kau punya QD tu baru RM40 saja kalau kau pegi hantar kedai macam lah dia punya songel.... nak flash papanlah,itu lah,ic terbakarlah pasal dulu aku memang dah kena benda jadi pegi kat nokia centre lagi baik.

sesiapa yang ada solution WSOD nie boleh lah kita kongsi sama sebab dah lama sangat dah aku cari cara nak selesaikan dgn cara yang mudah.

Tips & Tricks: Deleting "Stuck" Installer Files





Description

The information from Application Manager shows that the applications are not installed. However, they cannot be deleted because there is no Delete menu (see screenshot below). They cannot be re-installed either because it always fails with Â?Unable to installÂ? message. Those files are basically just stuck there.


Steps

* Firstly, connect your phone to a PC via USB.
* Choose Data Transfer (a.k.a. Mass Storage). Do not select PC Suite because you
wonÂ?t be able to browse protected folders in PC Suite mode.
* Open Windows Explorer on your PC.
* Go to \private\10202dce on the phoneÂ?s folder.
* There, you should be able to find the installer files (.sis). Just remove them using
Windows Explorer.


You can also acess & even delete these file using phone just go to file manager

And use Search (find) the folder private and in that go to the 10202DCE and delete the file which are not installing.

first,
aku ada back up maklumat dalam phone,
pakai nokia pc suite aar..

skarang aku nak transfer back up tu,
kasi masuk dalam n73..
sms yang dalam inbox tu tak jadi masalah..
masalah kat sms yang aku save..

sms2 tu aku tak leh nak transfer ke dalam n73..
aku dah check kat internet,
diorang kata memang tak leh nak buat kat s69 v3..
tapi mana aar tau kalu korang2 ada cara lak..



second,
aku tak leh nak save gak pape yang aku taip pakai phone aku..
aku check, semua s60 v3 memang tak leh nak save sms..
bule simpan dalam draft aje..

korang2 ada tau pape software yang bule save sms ni..?
ke ada cara lain untuk aku save sms pakai phone n73 ni..
ke ada berita nokia nak upgrade firmware ke..
