tapi saya takut semua data akan hilang..
boleh otai2 bagitau caranya.

Untuk keselamatan data, jika mampu, nasihat saya, beli satu hard disk external utk save semua data2 penting sebelum format pc tu. Kalau xmampu,pau la kawan punya kejap. Langkah ini adalah kerana TS masih kurang arif sepenuhnya mengenai proses reformat.

TS nak repair Windows sebab apa ye? Sebab virus atau atas sebab lain? Kalau disebabkan virus, fungsi repair takkan hilangkan virus tu.

apa website yg ko surf tu.. boleh bg link nyer..
berkemungkinan browser ko dah kena hijack..

ko dah kene spam/spyware dah ni...leh buang secara manual kalo ko reti.guna software unlocker. ataupun terus format lain kerana..ia xkan hilang kalo x buang dr foelder system.
